Job Key No 39008 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59486-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 28 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Ho Man Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development and Support of Desktop Architecture Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; - Act as the first-line support for incidents related to Desktop Architecture including operation system, office application suite and any software installed in personal computers - Provide day-to-day support on Windows operating system - Manage the vendors to provide personal computer related services to more than 10,000 end users - Lead the upgrade project of office application suite for more than 10,000 personal computers - Coordinate and assure the quality of the activities related to changes in Desktop Architecture - Participate in compliance audit exercises for IT general facilities (including personal computers and file servers) and IT infrastructure - Perform technical assessment and implementation for security patching or upgrade on Windows Servers supporting Desktop Architecture and Application - Coordinate with various support teams to troubleshoot reported problems - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 13.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 8.0 Requirements - At least 13-year experience in IT industry and at least 8 years of relevant experience - At least 5-year experience in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Office 2021, Office 2024, Windows Server Update Services, Key Management Service, Active Directory and Windows-based File & Print Servers is a must; - At least 3-year hands-on experience in participating in government compliance audit exercises for IT general facilities or IT infrastructure or application system(s) - At least 2-year hands-on experience in supporting a 24 x 7 application system with an active-active architecture, ensuring high-availability and resilience across multiple data centres - Hands-on practical experience in implementation of Windows operating system and the setup of Windows servers including system hardening - Experience in on-going supporting Windows Server Software (e.g. SolarWinds Audit Trail software) and Windows-based applications - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure - Well discipline, hardworking and responsible - Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese - In-depth understanding of information security and ISO standards will be an advantage Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 8 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 8 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 7 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 6 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 4 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows Programming (WPG); . 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 8 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good written English is a must; . At least 7 years' experience in negotiation (NEG); . At least 6 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . At least 6 years' experience in quality management (QMT); . At least 3 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 3 years' experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT); . 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 13 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
