Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DEVB; - supervise the helpdesk to provide end-user support for PCs, mobile devices and IT application systems - deploy, operate, record and troubleshoot IT facilities - follow-up security alerts and implement security requirements - facilitate ISO 9001 Quality Management activities - collect user requirements and prepare systems documents / user manuals - conduct regular IT / IT Security trainings to general users - assist in IT system implementation projects - assist in update departmental websites - require to perform over-time work outside office hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - well-versed in the helpdesk support for desktop PCs/Notebooks, OA software - sound experience in system support for Microsoft Windows configuration, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Departmental Portal, Desktop Administration, Apple iOS and Government Centrally Managed Messaging Platform - sound experience in preparing and troubleshooting Command Line and PowerShell scripts for system administration and configuration. - knowledge in government IT best practices in IT security and project delivery - self-motivated, a good team player and leader - be able to work under pressure - good command of English and Cantonese Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 5 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS); . At least 5 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 5 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN); . At least 5 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 5 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 5 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT); . Good written English is a must; . At least 1 year's experience in quality management (QMT). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
