Job Key No 38983 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 59482-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 27 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (8 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Admiralty, Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To provide end-user support, system administration and support in Government Office Automation systems Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DEVB; - provide administration and on-going support on Government Office Automation systems, including Centrally Managed Messaging Platform and e-Leave system; - perform Windows server administration, configuration, monitoring and system backup - apply software and security patches - develop and maintain CMD and Powershell scripts for server administration; - prepare and maintain system documents; - liaise with the project teams to conduct IT projects; - support the helpdesk to provide end-user support services for desktop PCs/Notebooks, OA software and related systems - responsible for IT related procurement - maintain inventory of IT facilities - require to perform over-time work outside office hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays occasionally; and - undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 7.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - well-versed in VMware vCenter, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory; - experience in system backup software Veeam; - experience in Desktop Administration, CMD and Powershell script; and - self-motivated and a good team player. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 5 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS); . At least 5 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 5 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . 5 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in e-Leave (ELE) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
