Assist the Internal Project Manager(s) / Subject officer(s) in the following capacities: -Control all computer project(s) deliverables for feasibility study, privacy impact analysis, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, site preparation, programming, implementation, security risk assessment and audit, system nursing and maintenance in relation to all computer systems life cycle activities and service delivery; -Prepare and conduct procurement activities including, but not limited to, the acquisition of necessary implementation services, hardware and software, services for security risk assessment and audit, privacy impact analysis; -Carry out system development of Electronic Forms Submission System (EFSS) and other systems. EFSS was designed for handling the online submission of forms to the Buildings Department and processing of forms. The development of electronic form (e-form) used Adobe Life Cycle / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); -Carry out system maintenance and support for EFSS and other systems, including application and system monitoring, software and hardware maintenance, and the implementation of security patches; - Participate in vendor management for outsourced services, ensuring the quality assurance of deliverables and formal service acceptance; - Participate in the procurement processes for IT systems, products, and services; - Be responsible for the implementation, development, maintenance, and ongoing support of IT systems; b. Perform other IT-related duties in the capacity as Analyst Programmer or as instructed by BD; and c. Willing to work outside office hours if necessary. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - At least 3 years' hands-on experience in JavaScript, ASP.NET, C# and Structured Query Language; - At least 1 year&;#8217;s hands-on experience in server virtualisation, specifically regarding the installation and configuration of server hardware and software; - At least 1 year&;#8217;s experience in the implementation / maintenance of online system; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Adobe LiveCycle ES (ALC). Non-technical Skill: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
