Job Key No 38963 Job Title/ Category Contract Project Manager (Bid Ref 59425-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 23 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 30 Sep 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Homantin, Kowloon City, Kowloon Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Project Management for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; Manage a team to provide daily application support to the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and participate in end-to-end system implementation for ERP System revamp including but not limited to the following tasks: 1. Recurrent System Support & Maintenance - Lead a team (and hands-on) to provide application support for operations and processes of finance, procurement, estate services and estate maintenance in existing ERP System; - Provide project management services such as monitoring application stability and performance, participating in regular support meeting, manage application deliverables etc.; - Evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests and change requests from business users; and - Follow the corresponding IT guidelines in the process of system maintenance. 2. System Revamp Project - Collaborate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to define requirements, timelines and deliverables; - Oversee data conversion, ensuring accuracy and integrity during migration; - Monitor contractor project team to integrate revamped system with legacy systems; - Manage System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution; and - Monitor the service providers&;#8217; progress and performance. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in SAP R/3 and/ or S/4HANA project management; - Demonstrated leadership in analysis, design, implementation and support of business applications. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; - Experience with SAP S/4HANA development - Certification in SAP FICO/MM/BW/PM/ABAP will be an advantage; - Experience with multiple modules (FICO, MM, SRM, BO, BW, PM) will be an advantage; - Good command of English and Chinese; - Good interpersonal and communication skills; and - Well organised and able to work independently. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP); . At least 6 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 6 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI); . At least 6 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . At least 5 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE). Non-technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 6 years' experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM); . At least 6 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . 4 years' experience in quality management (QMT) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
