(T26) To provide professional IT advice for system infrastructure enhancement and support of Next Generation Electronic Services System (e-Services-2) for iAM Smart Checking System and Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks (PDSKs).

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
(a) To oversee the system infrastructure enhancement in e-Services-2 for online services supporting iAM Smart;
(b) To take up round-the-clock on-call duties and provide technical support for e-Services-2;
(c) To coordinate with related stakeholders and provide technical support for the problem diagnosis and resolutions, system support, system enhancement, security patch updates and on-site IT activities related to system infrastructure of e-Services-2;
(d) To review deliverables, provide technical advices on project progress and monitor performance of contractors' works; and
(e) To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department&;#8217;s business needs.

| Requirements |
The CSSA should demonstrate extensive experience in providing technical support for internet-facing services on a 24/7 basis, complemented by strong analytical, organizational, and logical thinking skills.
The CSSA will normally work in the Headquarters of Immigration Department in Tseung Kwan O and will be occasionally required to provide support at various branch offices, Immigration control points and work outside office hours.
Criminal record check is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS);
. At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
