(T26) Administrative network support on Government Office Automation (GOA) desktop services

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
1) To support telephone enquiries for the Government Office Automation (GOA) desktop applications under administrative network;
2) To perform administrative support for active directory including password reset, unlocking accounts and other associated duties;
3) To perform updating of security patch and anti-virus signature files for desktop PC;
4) To create, monitor and update the problem report in the Helpdesk problem log system;
5) To prepare Helpdesk statistical reports.

| Requirements |
1) Experience in PC LAN support for two years and Helpdesk support for one year;
2) To work at data centres of IMMD.
3) Normally work on 2 shift duty patterns on a rotating basis (08:30-17:18; 10:12-19:00) but subject to operational needs may be required to work on General Holidays and overnight shift;
4) Criminal record check will be required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
