Responsible for daily operational support, including system(s) hardware and software installation and maintenance support, and troubleshooting and network problems; 2. Participate, monitor and support in digital transformation in EMSD with leading-edge technologies, including Agentic AI Projects, Semantic AI Development Projects, Integrated Building Management Projects, and Energy Saving Projects, and mission critical tasks such as awards / event racings and exhibition works; 3. Participate, support, test and document all the process within the software development life cycle and work with multiple units in department to meet internal IT guideline, DPO standard during different stages; 4. Support multiple IT systems and its services, including integrated Building Management System (iBMS), Digital Operation & Maintenance System (DOMS), Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC), etc., Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Assist the tasks of coding, testing and deploy application programs; 2. To provide on-site IT support at remote site(s); 3. To participate in installation, patching, testing, supporting and monitoring of IT system(s) hardware and software; 4. To undertake any other duties as required by supervisor(s); 5. Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/ pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT; 6. To participate in pilot testing and studies of applicable new technologies running on different platforms and/or software stacks; 7. Prepare user manual and technical specifications. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 7.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements 1. Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or related IT disciplines, or equivalent; 2. At least 3 years hand on working experience in system networking; 3. At least 3 years hand on working experience in system maintenance; 4. Experience in VMware, H3C CAS & UIS virtualization platform management and administration is an advantage; 5. Experience in Information security administration, including network security and LAN/WAN VPN, SDN, firewall administration is an advantage; 6. To participate in pilot testing and studies of applicable new technologies running on different platforms; 7. Manage incident of system issues, deploy security patches, prepare incident reports, escalate to relevant; 8. Carry out site preparation work, coordinate with relevant parties, monitor progress and participate in site/equipment acceptance. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Ethernet (ETH); . At least 4 years' experience in batch job monitoring (BJM); . At least 2 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
