Participate, monitor and support digital transformation in EMSD with leading-edge technologies, including Semantic AI development projects, integrated Building Management projects, and energy saving projects; 2. Participate, design, support, test and document all the processes within the software development life cycle and work with multiple units in department to meet internal IT guideline, DPO & EMSD standard during different stages; 3. Support multiple IT systems and its services, including integrated Building Management System (iBMS), Digital Operation & Maintenance System (DOMS), Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC), etc; 4. Performing tasks of UI/UX and dashboard deployment, coding implementation, testing and application programs, system health check, preparation work of user manual & technical specifications, etc. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Perform the tasks of coding, testing and deployment of application programs with AI technologies; 2. Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT; 3. Perform system health check, Root Cause Analysis, Problem and Issues Reporting. System Implementation of proof-of-concepts, technical studies and related projects; 4. To participate in pilot testing and studies of applicable new technologies running on different platforms and/or software stacks; 5. Prepare user manual and technical specifications; 6. To work with contractor to manage project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables; 7. Perform any related tasks as assigned by Engineer(s), Senior Staff(s), Supervisor(s) and its representative. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT or equivalent; 2. Familiarity with AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen is required, including the ability to design multi-step agentic workflows with tool-calling, memory management, and chain-of-thought reasoning; 3. Must have experience in Web Programming and familiar with Software Development Life Cycle; 4. Solid experience in feasibility study, system analysis & design; 5. Solid experience in IT application/system development. Proficiency in more than one of the following is an advantage: - Nest.js, Node.js, Python, Java, JSON - NGINX/HA Proxy management - MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB in microservices environments - HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience in SQL and NoSQL databases management (MongoDB, MS SQL, and MySQL); 6. Experience in web application deployment procedures, source code version control software (e.g. Git) is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 2 years' experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD); . At least 2 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS); . At least 2 years' experience in Data Management (DMT); . At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA). Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . 1 year's experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
