Lead, participate, monitor and support in digital transformation in EMSD with leading-edge technologies, including Agentic AI Projects, Semantic AI Development Projects, Integrated Building Management Projects, and Energy Saving Projects, and mission critical tasks such as awards / event racings and exhibition works. 2. Lead, participate, analyze, design, support, test and document all the processes within the software development life cycle and work with multiple units in department to meet internal IT guideline, DPO standards during different stages. 3. Monitor and support multiple IT systems and its services, including integrated Building Management System (iBMS), Digital Operation & Maintenance System (DOMS), Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC), etc. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, design applications. Lead and perform coding, testing and deployment of application programs, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and emerging AI solutions; 2. Lead and perform test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/ pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT; 3. Lead and perform system health check, Root Cause Analysis, Problem and Issues Reporting; 4. Lead system implementation of proof-of-concepts, perform technical studies, and execute related projects; 5. Lead and conduct pilot testing and technical evaluations of emerging technologies across multiple platforms and software stacks; 6. Coordinate with contractors to oversee project progress and ensure deliverable quality standards; 7. Develop comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation; 8. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors for requirement capture, system design, implementation, testing, and rollout; 9. Perform any related tasks as assigned by Senior Engineer/Engineer(s)/IT Manager(s). Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Engineering or equivalent; 2. Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Java, with comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle; 3. Possess strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers, with hands-on experience in deploying and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) including open-source models like Llama, Mistral, and Phi. 4. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases with data modeling and query optimization skills (MongoDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis and MySQL); 5. Experience in web application development, RESTful API design, and development and integration; 6. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a must; 7. Desirable experience in cloud platforms (AWS), and geospatial analysis; 8. Good hands-on knowledge in Windows, Linux or other operating system(s) is a definite advantage; 9. Along with experience in message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, MQTT, Kafka) for event-driven architectures and Knowledge in Building Management System (BMS), Geographic Information System (GIS), LPWAN, IoT; 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 11. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems; 12. Creative, self-initiative, responsible, well-organized, and work independently on complex tasks. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in Data Modeling (DMO); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 4 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 4 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 4 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 2 years' experience in Data Encryption Technology (DET); . 4 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 6 months' experience in software testing (STM); . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
