Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (a) Have good knowledge and hands-on working experience in senior management user support, and various hardware, software and IT applications as mentioned in job description above; (b) Have strong sense of responsibility, good working attitude and consulting skill, particularly with senior management; and (c) Willing to work overtime, after office hours and on holidays if needed. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS); . At least 8 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 7 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM); . At least 5 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON); . At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Domino and Lotus Script (DLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 2 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT). Non-technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good written English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
