(T26) Application and Allocation Sub-system (AAS) Maintenance and Operational Support

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
- To perform maintenance services for AAS
- To ensure no interruption of AAS operation in supporting public rental housing application of the Housing Authority (HA);
- To perform requirements collection, system analysis & design, development, testing, deployment and enhancement for various systems;
- To provide on-going maintenance supports for various systems;
- To review and / or prepare SDLC documentation;
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors; and
- To implement data exchange with other departments

| Requirements |
- At least 3 year of experience as Systems Analyst and 5 years of experience in IT;
- Solid experience in JAVA web application development;
- Solid experience in Spring Framework, Jasper report, JBoss and Oracle Database;
- Solid experience in Control-M batch job scheduling and administration;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills in business and technical aspects; and
- Solid experience in Function Point Analysis
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
. At least 3 years' experience in batch job monitoring (BJM).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
