Job Key No 38919 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 59327-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 14 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (9 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mainly North Point Government Offices or other LandsD's offices Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Enhancement and Maintenance of the Vehicle, Equipment, Job and Out-door Survey Work Management System and different IT services such as Map API for Survey and Mapping Office (SMO) Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; (a) To implement the Vehicle, Equipment, Job, and Out-door Survey Work Management System (JMS) including UI design, program coding and performance monitoring etc.; (b) To participate in all phases of the JMS implementation including systems analysis and design, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance; (c) To assist in JSM user training; (d) To develop and support other IT services of SMO; (e) To maintain LandsD Map API services and related website; (f) To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 7.0 Requirements The applicant must: (a) The candidate must hold a Degree in Computing, Geomatics or equivalent, awarded by a university in Hong Kong or by an overseas education institution to a Hong Kong resident; (b) Post-graduate qualification in IT related area would be an advantage; (c) Public Cloud Certificate - Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent would be an advantage; (d) Have at least 10 years' post qualification information technology experience of which 7 years in the comparable capacity; (e) Able to work independently and with good communication skills; (f) Have at least 6 years' experience in application and web development, implementation or maintenance using programming languages and various support/development tools/environments such as JavaScript, C#, MS SQL, JQuery, AJAX; (g) Have at least 6 years' experience on ASP.NET Web Development, MS .Net Core, MVC etc; (h) Have solid experience and understanding of Geographical System and Map Application Programming Interface, and Public Cloud; (i) Have solid experience on Mobile application, Python, ReactJS Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P); . At least 6 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 6 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS); . At least 4 years' experience in Crystal Report (CRE); . At least 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS). Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 4 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
