| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
1. Provide on-going support for Smart Library System and projects running on the Virtualisation Platform, and Container Infrastructure
2. Play a leading role in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for implementation of infrastructure services
3. Liaise with users and vendors for requirements study, implementation and on-going support activities
4. Study and solve technical problems in the infrastructure services
5. Participate in IT Security Management for the system
6. Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
7. Work irregular hours if necessary

| Requirements |
1. Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies, or equivalent;
2. Provide on-going support for Window/Linux Servers running on the Virtualisation Platform, and Container Infrastructure
3. Play a leading role in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for implementation of infrastructures
4. Liaise with users and vendors for requirements study, implementation and on-going support activities
5. Study and solve technical problems in the infrastructure services
6. Study and handle the IT security risk findings from various assessment and audit exercises
7. Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
8. Working experience with the Government is preferred
9. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM);
. At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. 3 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
