The position is required to support the system implementation, ensure smooth rollout of the system, and facilitate adoption by government bureaux and departments (B/Ds). Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) and in-house team member(s) for implementing, enhancing and maintaining Gen AI applications and centralised data analytics related platforms. - To provide support for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of on-premises solution of Gen AI applications and centralised data analytics related platforms. - To provide technical and user support of Gen AI and centralised data analytics related platforms for government B/Ds. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing resources (e.g. cloud resources, etc.), changes and incidents for the smooth operation of Gen AI and centralised data analytics related platforms. - To conduct researches and analyses of the development of Gen AI and data analytics related subjects. - To upkeep the security of Gen AI and centralised data analytics related platforms by supporting system patching, security risk assessment and audit, as well as AI safety assessment. - When necessary, the CSSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the projects after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing system implementation in cloud platform; 2. Possess knowledge in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/speech analytics; 3. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing and supporting government systems or platforms; 4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; 6. Can work independently; and 7. Have at least 2 years of experience on project management. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 2 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 2 years' experience in project management (PRM); . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
