Job Key No 38862 Job Title/ Category Cloud Governance Manager Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Contract Contract Period One-year contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business bank Location Base Ngau Tau Kok Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time seconded to a leading bank; The role will be responsible for managing the Cloud Governance to: - Establish and maintain a comprehensive cloud governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.; - Develop, implement, and enforce cloud governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards; - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cloud operations, ensuring that all cloud services operate within agreed-upon risk tolerances; - Oversee the inventory of cloud resources, ensuring accurate documentation and management of assets; - Collaborate with technical teams to assess cloud capacity needs and report on resource utilization to ensure alignment with business needs.; - Manage relationships with cloud services providers and external partners, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that governance policies are adhered to; - Provide training and resources to technical teams and stakeholders on cloud governance policies, best practices, and compliance requirements; - Continuously monitor cloud operations to ensure adherence to governance standards, and implement improvements as necessary. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - University graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science or equivalent with: - Over 8 years’ experience in the banking industry/financial institutions covering: - At least 2 years in Cloud governance, compliance and risk management within cloud environments; - At least 5 years in a team lead/management role; - Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alicloud, etc) and industry standards; - Good project management, problem solving and leadership; - Certification in Cloud Certificates or related professional qualifications; - Fluent in spoken Cantonese; proficient in written and reading English; - Ability to comprehend regulatory guidelines, market practices and online materials is essential; - Ability to work independently and under high pressure with self-motivation.
