Job Key No 38861 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59345-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 09 Apr 2026 Contract Period 10 Apr 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (9 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wanchai, Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) IT project development, systems enhancements and maintenance Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; Normal Working Hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 9:00 - 17:45 (1) To conduct market research and resource estimation for implementation of IT system(s); (2) To coordinate contractors to conduct various IT activities, monitor contractors' progress and take corrective actions; (3) To set up and maintain different system environments using Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); (4) To provide ongoing support to IT systems, including operation support, problem identification and fix, change management, release management and capacity planning; (5) To provide support to quality management and system continuous improvement; (6) To perform user requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development and testing; (7) To facilitate business end users for user acceptance; (8) To support procurements of IT products and services; (9) To carry out other IT related duties as and when required; and (10) To work in non-office hours as and when required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (1) Strong sense of responsibilties, and good analytic, presentation & liaison skills; (2) Solid experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA; (3) Solid experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB; (4) Solid experience in designing IT systems and maintaining effective data schema; (5) Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis; (6) Solid project development experience in IT system using Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS); (7) Able to work with business end users and multiple technical parties; (8) Solid experience in using Angular, Spring framework, AsposeTotal for JAVA, Kendo UI and iText is preferred; (9) Experience in IT system implementation is preferred; and (10) Experience in AI application development is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV); . 1.5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO); . 1 year's experience in quality management (QMT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
