Job Key No 38855 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59336-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 10 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (9 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Admiralty, may be required to work in Wanchai, Kwun Tong, Homantin, West Kowloon and Chek Lap Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Application system development, revamp and enhancement Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the SBU; In-house and outsourced system development, revamp and enhancement of Internet and internal mobile applications and web applications: a) conduct system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including but not limited to feasibility study, user requirement collection, system analysis & design, resources estimation, system implementation and integration, system testing, user acceptance, data conversion, system migration, production deployment and system nursing, etc.; b) perform on-going system administration, operations and support; c) provide helpdesk and onsite IT support to end users; d) risk assessment and rectification in IT security risk assessment & audit; e) liaise with different parties including end users, contractors, computer operators, etc.; f) produce and maintain system documentation; g) monitor contractor progress and work quality, follow up project issues and resolve possible conflicts; and h) perform any other duties assigned by supervisors. Remark: Overtime work and on-call support work outside office hours may be required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements The appointed staff shall have: a) degree in computer subjects or related disciplines; b) solid experience in iOS, Android and Huawei mobile application development with the use of Google Flutter and native codes; c) solid experience in Internet web application development; d) proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, Java and web programming; e) hands-on experience in customization of content management system using Drupal, PHP and MySQL; f) experience in design and use of application framework (Spring, Hibernate) in large-scale application systems; g) experience in system development and deployment using government cloud and container technologies; h) experience in IT security protection of Internet mobile and web applications; Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 6 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC); . At least 6 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 6 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 6 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 4 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM); . At least 4 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP); . At least 4 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . 6 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 6 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage; . 6 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Crystal Report (CRE) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Data Encryption Technology (DET) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 6 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
