Replacement of End-of-Support Network Components to Maintain Network Security 2. Enhancement of Data and Network Security for Network Systems 3. To continue provide day-to-day maintenance and administration of the IT network infrastructure and its services Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the C&SD; 1. To carry out quality control, quality assurance and project management duties as designated by the project manager; 2. To maintain, enhance and provide technical support on the Backbone Network Infrastructure, including Firewalls, Routers and Switches, SSL-VPN, WiFi, Internet Gateway, VXLAN, MDM; 3. To maintain health and security status of hardware and software; 4. To provide technical assessment on security patches; 5. To follow-up recommendations provided by Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) contractor; 6. To undertake any other duties as directed by senior officers Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements 1. The Candidates shall possess at least 5 years working experience in management of following items: - Cisco and H3C network equipment; - Fortinet and Checkpoint firewalls; 2. The candidate shall have knowledge and possess at least 5 years working experience in administration, maintenance and support of network and IT security (firewall, Network access control, access gateways, IPS/IDS, WiFi, SSL-VPN, MDM) with over 1500 users and multiple number of sites. 3. The Candidates shall possess at least 2 years working experience in management of following items: - WiFi facilities; - Internet Gateway; - VXLAN between multiple data centers; - Network Access Control System; and - SSL-VPN 4. The candidates shall possess valid certification of CISSP and CISM; 5. The candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work in various site locations in Hong Kong, after office hours/weekends/public holidays, and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 5 years' experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE); . At least 5 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 5 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . 5 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
