(T26) To assist the Judiciary in taking forward the design and development work for the implementation of projects under the IT Strategy Plan.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Judiciary;
1) Technical Coordination & Analysis: - Leading coordination efforts for user meetings and technical events between stakeholders (end users and technical staff); - Performing coordination work on framework release and production rollout; and - Analyzing technical requirements and dependencies across teams to ensure all parties understand their roles, responsibilities, and timelines for each event.
2) Administration & Operational Support: - Performing administrative tasks including scheduling and coordinateing meetings with cross-functional teams, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks; - Following up on work plans and timelines related to releases and exercises; and - Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including rundown for switchovers and logs for release plans.

| Requirements |
Other than the requirements specified in the 'Technical' and 'non-Technical' Requirement Sections below. - Bachelor's degree - Soild IT foundation with understanding in technical knowledge related to applications and system infrastructure - Strong analytical midset: Preferably with the ability to break down complex technical procedures and understand dependencies between different technical parties - Excellent self-learning ability to understand the technical environment - Strong command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin. - Strong presentation skills: Confidence in explaining technical ideas to stakeholders and lead coordination meetings - On-the-job training and guidance will be provided
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP);
. 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
