Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent; - Minimum 4 years of IT working experience with minimum 3 years as Analyst Programmer or similar capacity; - Experience in supporting cloud applications in particular e-Learning system is preferred; - Solid experience in the following areas: - Front-end or server-side Java application development such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Spring/EJB,etc. - RESTful APIs Design - SQL and PL/SQL programming - Portal/web site development is preferred - System configuration/automation tools, e.g. Gitea, Jenkins, Maven, etc. is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 3 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG); . 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
