Job Key No 38838 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59284-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 08 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base HAHQ, Homantin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development, maintenance and support of IT application systems in Hong Kong Housing Authority Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; - Participate in full system development life cycle including requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing, deployment and project management for IT application systems; - Maintain and support various web based application systems in particular library system and conference room booking system; - Develop, maintain and support Government e-form for providing around the clock e-submission services for the public; - Manage MS Windows Server and provide on-going support of managed print services for users; and - Perform other administrative activities as when required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent; - Minimum 6 years of IT working experience with at least 3 years as System Analyst or similar capacity; - Minimum 3 years solid experience in managing Government e-form; - Experience in supporting cloud applications, in particular library system and conference booking system with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) standards is preferred; - Experience in managing MS Windows Server and supporting managed print services are preferred; - Experience in using open source tools (e.g. JBoss, JQuery, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis, etc.) for application development; and - Experience in managing Government projects is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Electronic Form (EFM); . At least 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG); . 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
