| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
- Participate in the delivery of all IT activities including IT support to users, project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services;
- Involve in system development including requirements collection, system analysis and design, development, testing, and application deployment;
- Manage and administer MS Windows Servers and MS SQL Server including patch management and accounts review;
- Maintain and support various web based application systems;
- Provide IT support services for division end users; and
- Perform other administrative activities as when required.

| Requirements |
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 6 years of IT working experience with at least 3 years as System Analyst or similar capacity;
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in managing MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server;
- Experience in Java application programming and .NET programming;
- Experience in user engagement for providing IT support services;
- Experience in managing and supporting systems/services with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) standards is preferred; and
- Experience in managing Government projects is preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in UNIX System Administration (UNA) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG);
. 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
