(T26) The post is to provide assistance to the network infrastructure of a large scale network in Hong Kong Police Force. The job nature includes administrative support for network operations, regular onsite checking, and provide onsite support to users.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
The candidate will need to,
(1) provide onsite support; and
(2) Assist with network equipment information acquisition and procurement; and
(3) perform other administrative duties as required.

| Requirements |
(1) Outdoor working at Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories including Outlying Islands is required.
(2) Experiences and knowledge on networking, client support and operational works are advantageous.
(3) Security vetting is required.
Technical Skill:
. At least 6 months' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT).
Non-technical Skill:
. 6 months' experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
