Job Key No 38823 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 59319-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 08 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (8 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Macau Ferry Terminal (MFT), Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - Patches and software deployment - Server administration of Active Directory, backup and restore process, anti-virus endpoint protection, Lotus note email, Microsoft and Linux server virtualization and other office IT applications - Network administration of Marine Department Local Area Network (MD-LAN) and Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) System - Office computer, share drives and network support Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the MD; - To manage MD office computers, share drive and network in complying with relevant regulations and rules including user account and data availability, protection, and confidentiality - To support MD users on standard office software packages such as Lotus note email, MS Office and Electronics Recordkeeping System (ERKS) - To conduct annual network security review, tackle network problems, security vulnerabilities and findings from IT security risk assessment & audit - To manage patching and deployment of enterprise software - To provide technical support services to end users - To assist in procurement of IT hardware, software, IT services - To maintain and update hardware and software inventory records - To carry out other project related duties as designated - To provide emergency on-call support after office hours if needed Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - A higher diploma holder in Information Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines - At least three (3) years' post-qualification information technology experience of which two (2) year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity - At least two (2) years' in network infrastructure/system support, operate and maintain, preferably with solid experience in enterprise network project design, implementation and manage, also the management of Contractor/Vendor - Hands-on experience in LAN or Office Automation (OA) related technical support activities - Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux servers, LAN networking, network device management and PC management - Possession of a valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certificate or Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA) Certificate is preferred - Self-motivated and good sense of responsibility - Strong self-learning and research ability - Strong commitment to project deadlines and delivering high-quality work - Good trouble-shooting, interpersonal and communication skills Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM); . 1 year's experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG); . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
