(T26) The CAP has to
- provide application maintenance and support for existing systems; and
- assist system analyst for the implementation of IT projects, such as Revamp of Government News and Media Information System(GNMIS), etc.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ISD;
1. To assist System Analyst to design, develop and document programs for new IT system;
2. To assists on preparing documents for System Analysis & Design (SA&D) and System Implementation and Integration (SI&I);
3. To assist on System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT); and
4. To support and maintain ISD existing systems, such as Occurrence Log System (OLS), Central Repository and Internal Portal (CRIP), Visitor Programme Management System (VPMS)and Government News and Media Information System (GNMIS), etc.

| Requirements |
The CAP should
- be experienced in system development life cycle, front-end webpage design and web development;
- have solid knowledge on Java and Web development;
- be preferably if experienced in Government IT project, Government Security Policies and using various IT standards and guidelines of the Government;
- be preferably familiar with Microsoft SharePoint, knowledge management technology, Cloud and VM technologies; and
- provide on-site support and work outside normal office hour if needed.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. 6 months' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Knowledge Management Technology (KMT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
