(T26) 1. Develop Procurement Workflow System (PWS) on EMSD OutSystems platform.
2. Revamp existing traditional OutSystems applications to reactive apps using OutSystems 11 or later versions

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD;
1. Develop and maintain web applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
2. Develop complex, generic, and reusable OutSystems modules (e.g. fax-out functionality) to support enterprise-wide applications.
3. Work collaboratively with BA, designer and developers using Agile methodologies to build and enhance corporate applications.
4. Explore ODC on-premises with AI features and necessary infrastructure changes to shorten development time.

| Requirements |
1. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
2. 3 years or above hands-on experience in software application development.
3. At least 1 year of hands-on development experience with OutSystems.
4. OutSystems Associate Developer (O11/ODC) certification or higher is required.
5. Solid knowledge of OutSystems architecture, design patterns and best practices.
6. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE);
. At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
