(T26) To provide support to IT infrastructure systems of Lands Department.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD;
- To implement, design, configure, install, test and trouble shoot of IT systems
- To provide daily system administration of IT systems
- To provide Novell Zenwork patch management and deployment
- To prepare documentation if necessary
- To transfer computer items between different sites
- To perform any duties assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
The applicant must:
- Have a higher diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college, in information technology, or equivalent;
- Have solid working experience in supporting Lotus notes, Microsoft Active Directory.
- Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
- Have IBM Certified Associate - Notes and Domino qualification;
- Have Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional Enterprise Administrator qualification; and
- Have Cisco Certified Network Associate qualification
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 5 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON);
. At least 5 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
