Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To support system implementation and maintenance of various e-services in Lands Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; A Systems Analyst is mainly deployed to perform any of the following duties:- (a) To monitor all phases of e-services and/or other scanning/system implementation projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance; (b) To monitor analyze, design and specify program components of computer systems; (c) To monitor and report system testing and user acceptance; (d) To scrutinize project reports and specifications; (e) To carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties as designated by the Project Manager; (f) To prepare documentation; and (g) To perform any duties assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements (a) Have a degree awarded by a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; (b) Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; (c) Able to work independently; (d) Have at least FOUR years of experience in application development, implementation or maintenance using programming languages and various support/development tools/environments such as JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, XML, Oracle tools, Web Services, Struts, Spring, Drupal, PHP, Hibernate and Bootstrap; and (e) Knowledge of and experience in handling GIS geospatial data and GIS data modelling will be an advantage; (f) Possessing strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; and (g) Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
