| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD;
- To provide helpdesk service to handle public enquires
- To develop and routine updating of Departmental Website to comply with the standard of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- To design, implement and document for the implementation of SharePoint;
- To fulfil logging and administrative reporting requirements and assist in preparing statistics and reports;
- To maintain Microsoft SharePoint system; and
- To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
The applicant must:
- Have a degree awarded by a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
- Be familiar with the use of computer in Microsoft 10 Operating System and use of Microsoft Office Professional software;
- Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
- Have hands on experience in Adobe Acrobat and experience in Acrobat accessibility
- Have solid working experience in handling public enquires and complaint;
- Have solid working experience in developing and maintenance website; and
- Have solid experience in managing of Microsoft Sharepoint 2019.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
