Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To support the system implementation and maintenance of various project in Lands Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; - To design, develop and maintain intranet/internet websites, SharePoint and GIS applications; - Conduct program testing, system testing and develop test cases to support user acceptance test; - Establish quality assurance and carry out quality control, such as verification and rectification of data and applications; - Prepare and maintain program documentation (e.g. data and function specifications, etc.) to support system enhancement and bug fixing; - Prepare project reports and specifications; and - Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent awarded by a university in Hong Kong; - Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; - Able to work independently and with good communication skills; - Have at least FIVE years of experience in application development, implementation or maintenance using programming languages and various support/development tools/environments such as JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL, Visual Studio.NET, JAVA, C#, XML, Oracle tools, Web Services, PHP, and Bootstrap; - At least TWO years of experience in responsive website development and design; - Possessing strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; and - Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 5 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 5 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 5 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED); . At least 5 years' experience in Web Services (WSV). Non-technical Skill: . At least 2.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
