Job Key No 38794 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59258-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 30 Mar 2026 Contract Period 01 May 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (9 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mainly in Kwun Tong, with work in other district offices as needed Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To support the system implementation and maintenance of various project in Lands Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; - To monitor all phases of project including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance; - To monitor analyze, design and specify program components of computer systems; - To monitor and report system testing and user acceptance; - To scrutinize project reports and specifications; - to carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties as designated by the project manager; - To prepare documentation; - To perform any duties assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements - Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent awarded by a university in Hong Kong; - Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; - Able to work independently and with good communication skills; - Have at least FOUR years of experience in application development, implementation or maintenance using programming languages and various support/development tools/environments such as JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL, Visual Studio.NET, JAVA, C#, XML, Oracle tools, Web Services, PHP, and Bootstrap; - At least TWO years of experience in responsive website development and design; - Have experience on handling government outsourcing project; - Knowledge of and experience in handling GIS geospatial data and GIS data modelling will be an advantage; - Possessing strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; - Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 4 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED); . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV); . At least 6 months' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . 5 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
