(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for the Mobile Workplace Services (MWS) project, which is to centrally manage and support the current Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) to facilitate various B/Ds in acquiring different types of mobile devices and/or related services to access Notes emails anywhere and anytime. The post is responsible for providing administrative and technical support for the supply of Government Public Cloud Services (GPCS) to Government bureaux and departments under the GPCS scheme of DPO.
The post also involved in the projects of "Safeguarding and Strengthening Information Security of Critical Services Provided to Government Bureaux and Departments" and "Pioneer Scheme on Strengthening Capabilities of Cyber Risk Detection and Cyber Threat Intelligence".

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- To conduct technical assessment on the mobile device management and mobile endpoint detection and response for the SOA-MWS. - To perform contract administration and provide advice on procurement matters arising from the use of the SOA-MWS. - To provide technical and helpdesk support to B/D users about the operation of SOA-MWS. - To assist in maintaining the existing network infrastructure owned by the Government so as to continuously support the mobile solutions which have been deployed by SOA-MWS contractors. - To coordinate with related parties, such as other internal support teams, SOA-MWS contractors, etc. for configuration and resolving all technical issues, including mobile communication, data security, etc. - To assist in content updates for SOA-MWS theme pages. - To perform contract administration and provide advice on procurement matters arising from the use of the GPCS.
- To involve in the projects of "Safeguarding and Strengthening Information Security of Critical Services Provided to Government Bureaux and Departments" and "Pioneer Scheme on Strengthening Capabilities of Cyber Risk Detection and Cyber Threat Intelligence".
- To carry out other duties as designated by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate must possess strong technical background in mobile or wireless email technology and mobile endpoint detection and response solution, with good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with client and helpdesk support tasks. Knowledge in IT security, Government IT Standard, Lotus Domino and web site maintenance is preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME);
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. 6 months' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
