(T26) This is a Systems Analyst position responsible for implementation and maintenance of the IT project for DPO Departmental Management Dashboard.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- Take part in all activities in the implementation of departmental management dashboard enhancements
- Assist in user requirements collection, conducting survey, design prototypes for discussion with users, system analysis and design, system integration and system rollout
- Carry out system integration test and user acceptance test
- Prepare system documentation and presentation materials for project meetings, user briefing and hands-on user training session
- Maintain related theme pages of the system and promote the adoption of the departmental management dashboard
- Carry out system maintenance and upgrade
- Manage the infrastructure setup and changes within GCIS environment
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor

| Requirements |
- Has solid experience in delivery of IT projects, performing data and system design, implementation and maintenance in sizable projects
- Knowledge in implementing of dashboard and data warehouse
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge in API and data connection with JDNC/JDNI is preferred
- Practical experience in development of web-application under Government Cloud environment such as GCIS and EGIS.
- Experience in government projects or supporting government systems is desirable
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 1 year's experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP);
. 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT);
. 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
