(T26) The iAM Smart Platform is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform.
This is a CAP position responsible for strengthening the technical support for iAM Smart registration services.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1) To liaise and coordinate with different parties for the operation of iAM Smart registration counter services and provide the IT support for iAM Smart registration services;
2) To conduct UAT for enhancement of iAM Smart system;
3) To provide technical and administrative support for the iAM Smart registration services and related activities;
4) To inspect and quality check for iAM Smart Registration equipment;
5) To update relevant presentation slides, minutes, iAM Smart manuals, and prepare reports including ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 documents;
6) To monitor the performance of services provided by the Contractors;
7) To review the deliverables submitted by the Contractors; and
8) To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
1) Work on-site at various locations as when required;
2) Have experience in the operation support of tablets and mobile devices;
3) Be familiar with the operation of mobile devices running iOS, Android and Harmony OS, as well as computers and tablets;
4) Be familiar with configuration on mobile device such as biometrics, Near Field Communication (NFC), security settings, connection;
5) Be familiar with iAM Smart registration and its eServices, and have an IT background with knowledge of information security;
6) Speak fluent English and Cantonese;
7) Able to write general English and Chinese messages;
8) Speak Putonghua is preferred; and
9) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. 1 year's experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1.5 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 1.5 years' experience in customer relations (ECR);
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good Putonghua is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
