To gather and analyse user requirements for the development of SuperApp and MiniApp related to Command and Control 2. To design the integration architecture to ensure smooth interoperability between different mobile applications 3. To liaise with different internal and external teams responsible for implementation and integration of various mobile applications 4. To coordinate vendor activities and monitor deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery 5. To support testing, user training, production rollout and post-implementation troubleshooting 6. To supervise and lead the work of sub-ordinates in the same team 7. To develop frontend and backend functions such as mobile application user interface, RESTful API endpoints, etc 8. To perform other duties assigned by supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Solid experience in system design and implementation of mobile applications, including Android, iOS, and Harmony OS - Solid experience in JavaScript framework, such as Vue and React - Solid experience in project management and vendor management for HK Government projects - Familiar with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) - Experience in system design and implementation of web-based systems using JAVA, web services and RESTful APIs, is an advantage - Experienced in version control system, is an advantage - Experienced in IT security, is an advantage - Experienced with infrastructure and application development framework for mini-program, is an advantage - Security vetting by HKPF is required Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
