(T26) - Support the maintenance of the @DH mobile application and related Content Management System (CMS);
- Support ongoing enhancement of e-Licensing system of ORPHF
- Support ongoing enhancement of Electronic Radiation Licensing and Service system of RHD

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
(a) To coordinate contractors to conduct various IT activities and ensure contractors' deliverables to meet requirements;
(b) To oversee and monitor performance of contractors;
(c) To assist in problem resolution, change management, operation support and capacity management;
(d) To conduct study and market research, and advise on adoption of new technologies or centralised services;
(e) To conduct impact assessment of change requests;
(f) To conduct system analysis and design and liaise with contractors for implementation;
(g) To conduct various tests (e.g. SIT and performance test) and assist users to conduct UAT;
(h) To provide technical advices to users;
(i) To provide technical support for renewal of services, hardware and software from procurement to proposal evaluation;
(j) To provide technical support for compliance of IT security and PIA
(k) To assist Systems Manager to carry out any other IT related duties as and when required.

| Requirements |
- At least 8 years of sound experience in analysis, design, development, implementation and support of enterprise-wide web-based systems;
- At least 2 years of solid experience in managing contractors to deliver different kinds of IT services in the HKSARG;
- At least 2 years of experience in development / maintenance of clinical / regulatory information systems in healthcare organization;
- Capable to work under pressure independently and proactively;
- Prominent interpersonal, communication and time management skills;
- Good coordination, liaision, presentation, and writing skills;
- Able to collaborate with other team members in a dynamic team environment;
- Good command of Government IT standards and methodologies.
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 8 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 8 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 4 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
