Job Key No 36446 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 56905-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 18 Dec 2025 Contract Period 01 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yau Ma Tei or Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Web-based application system for Transport Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; To support the implementation/on-going maintenance of e-Services and related internal system(s) and monitor the performance of external contractor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Support system implementation/on-going maintenance for delivering new/enhanced applications/e-services and liaise with parties concerned (including users, contractors, computer operators, etc.) on requirements gathering and acceptance testing, program/system testing and on-going activities support. 2) Possess of knowledge, experience and skills in implementation and support of applications using public or private cloud services including server virtualisation, SAN storage & backup, networking, database, security, system & networking monitoring, etc. 3) Prepare and issue assignment brief for project implementation/enhancement and evaluation of proposal from vendors as well as performing quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors for acceptance of IT infrastructure/application systems. 4) Possess of knowledge and experience in centralised system and networking monitoring, and/or centralised log management and analytics is an advantage. 5) Solid experience in implementing and supporting IT projects for IT application systems. 6) Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 1 year's experience in Production Database Support (PDS); . At least 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD); . 2 years' experience in Web 2.0 Services (W2S) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
