Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the OFCA; The candidate will be mainly responsible for: - Managing network infrastructure including network appliances and firewalls; - Managing security matters including configuration of all servers and network appliances, and end-point protection solution; - Conducting in-house security assessment and security training, managing security assessment and audit service as well as compliance audit/check by external parties; - Providing support for security incidents; - Reviewing and executing tasks under Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP); - Providing technical advices to support business requirements; - Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the business objectives; and - Carrying out other technical and administrative duties as specified by the management. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Candidates shall have (i) At least five (5) years of relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience, of which two (2) years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; (ii) At least two (2) years of full-time hands-on experience in implementation, maintenance and administration of network facilities such as firewall, virtual private network, router, switch, etc.; (iii) At least two (2) years of full-time hands-on experience in IT security management (security risk assessment and audit, penetration test, security document review, security training, implementation of security systems and safeguards, etc.); and (iv) Valid certificates of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). - Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required. - Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent: (i) Cisco Certified Network Associate / Professional (CCNA / CCNP) (ii) Fortinet Network Security Expert 5 (NSE 5) (iii) Palo Alto Networks Certified Next-Generation Firewall Engineer (iv) Information Security Management System (ISMS) (e.g. ISO 27001) - Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies / products: (i) Network equipment / technologies such as load balancer, Wi-Fi, Internet Protocol version 6, etc. (ii) Network monitoring / management products such as Zabbix, PRTG, etc. (iii) Security systems / technologies such as Next Generation Firewall, Intrusion Protection System, Web Application Firewall, Network Detection and Response, Public Key Infrastructure, anti-malware, anti-spam, end-point security, content delivery network, IEEE 802.1x, etc. (iv) Mobile Devices Security Criminal record check on the selected candidate will be required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU); . At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 2 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST); . At least 2 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP); . 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS), Network & System Management (NSM), Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage; Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT); . 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
