Job Key No 34705 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 55163-2) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 24 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (8 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base SHATIN / WANCHAI Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - Administer and support the operation of desktop management activities in LCSD - Implement miscellaneous upgrade / enhancement projects for Government Office Automation (GOA) System - Support the rollout of CMMP in LCSD Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; - Plan and monitor the implementation, project schedule and production rollout of GOA and helpdesk support related projects such as Windows PC OS upgrade, etc.; - Manage/ monitor relevant outsourcing IT Services (PC replacement/ Deployment/Trade-in, etc) including Contract Administration, Vendor Management, etc. - Perform administration and technical support on the desktop management and security protection on the PC platform - Prepare technical specification for new or upgrade projects - Prepare test plan and conduct acceptance test - Develop, update, and maintain the work plan from initiation stage through project completion - Management and control of deliverables associated to time, cost and quality - Lead and implement security safeguards / solutions for GOA client PCs and miscellaneous upgrade/ enhancement activities related to GOA services - Perform on-call support and other duties as required and work outside normal working hours if necessary; - Participate in the implementation of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) in LCSD; - Perform any other assignments for supporting the OA systems and services of the LCSD; and - Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Degree in IT related subject - At least 1 years of experience in a supervisory role - With at least 5 years of proven and substantiated OA system support experience - With at least 5 years solid experience in supporting the PC platform running on Microsoft platform (e.g. MS Windows 10), Internet applications, Lotus Notes Mail System (both Client-based and Web-based) and Confidential Mail System - With at least 5 year solid technical support experience in OA PC desktop management via desktop management software (e.g. Symantec Altiris, BMC Remedy or IBM Tivoli, &;#8230; etc) - With at least 5 year solid technical support experience in desktop security protection via endpoint Security Protection product (e.g. Symantec Endpoint Protection, Trend Micro OfficeScan, ...etc) - Familiar with Microsoft products, Windows Server, Group Policy Management, Confidential Mail System and Lotus Notes Email System - Excellent communication, customer relationship and presentation skills - Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese - Have solid understanding of incident and problem management processes - Holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Lotus Specialist (CLS) R.8.5 or Certified Lotus; and Professional (CLP) R.8.5 or above or equivalent is preferred Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . 3 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG); . 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
