Job Key No 34348 Job Title/ Category CRM System Testers Number Of Vacancy 3 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Contract Period 1 Mar 2026 to 30 Nov 2028 / 1 Jun 26 to 30 Nov 2027 Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business note-issuing bank Location Base Sheung Wan Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a note-issuing bank; - Responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive system testing plans (covering pre- and post-launch as well as ad-hoc inspections); collaborating closely with development, business, and project teams to perform functional and regression testing to ensure requirements are met in terms of functionality and user experience, while maintaining platform stability and performance. - This role does not involve major managerial responsibilities or the core functions of the business unit. - 負責制定及執行全面的系統測試計劃（包括投產前後及不定期檢查），並與開發、業務及項目團隊緊密協作，執行功能測試及回歸測試，確保功能及體驗符合需求，並確保平台的穩定性和效能。 - 職責不涉及承擔主要管理職能或單位核心工作。 Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 1.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related disciplines; - 1-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry with solid software testing experience; or - 1-3 years of working experience in digital platforms with solid software testing experience; - Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred; - Chinese/English data entry; - Fundamental knowledge of Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking; - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies; - Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills; - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
