Job Key No 34291 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 54743-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 13 Jun 2025 Contract Period 02 Jul 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Homantin, Kowloon Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Maintenance and support of websites and mobile infrastructure for the Housing Authority (HA) Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; The CSA will be required to (i) coordinate with outsourced contractors to support websites and mobile infrastructure of HA, namely, the Enterprise Mobility Management Infrastructure (EMMI), including daily health check and monitoring, system upgrade, security patching, bug fixing and deployment, etc.; (ii) assess mobile technology available in the market and conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exercises if needed; (iii) provide advice and support on mobile application development; (iv) provide advice and support on web content management system for websites; (v) provide support to websites for achieving conformance of web accessibility; (vi) provide support for the release of public sector information of HA; (vii) collaborate with users and project teams to collect requirements; and (viii) perform other duties as designated by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Possess experience in design and support of mobile infrastructure; 2. Possess hands-on experience in one or more EMMI products; 3. Possess practical experience in mobile application development; 4. Possess hands-on experience in HTML5 and JavaScript Programming; 5. Have good communication, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills; 6. Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual; 7. Able to work under minimal supervision and independently in discharging duties; and 8. Preferably with recognized degree in information technology or related curriculum. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC); . At least 3 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); . At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . Good written English is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
