(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for assessing the achievement of completed government IT projects-
1. Examine Post Implementation Departmental Returns (PIDRs) received from bureaux/departments (B/Ds); and
2. Assist in conducting Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) of selected government IT projects.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. Examine Post Implementation Departmental Returns (PIDRs) :
(a) Examine the PIDRs and related information submitted by B/Ds
(b) Draft write up on the assessment of achievement for each PIDR in terms of (i) meeting planned schedule and functions (ii) achieving the intended benefits and (iii) completion within the approved budget
(c) Liaise with project owners to collect the necessary information for analysis and assessment, clarify the information when needed and identify lessons learnt from project implementation
(d) Handle enquiries from B/Ds on PIDR matters
(e) Compile statistics on PIDRs
(f) Liaise with system support team on bug fixing and enhancements of the computer system for PIDR processing
2. Assist in conducting Post Implementation Review (PIRs) :
(a) Liaise with B/Ds to collect the necessary project information for analysis
(b) Interview project representatives and draft interview notes
(c) Arrange demonstration on the completed computer system
(d) Identify issues and lessons learnt related to project implementation
3. Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the following :
(a) Compilation of work reports including management information reports

| Requirements |
The post holder should have the following skills and experience-
(a) IT project management, system study and review
(b) Be diplomatic with good communication skills and with inquiring mind
(c) Good command of written English
(d) Conversant with end user query tools
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in PRINCE (PRE);
. 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 3 years' experience in negotiation (NEG);
. At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
