Job Key No 34277 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 54724-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 12 Jun 2025 Contract Period 30 Jun 2025 to 29 Jun 2026 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Official Receiver's Office, 10/F Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provide support on the project "System Implementation and Deployment of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) for Official Receiver's Office (ORO)", "Implementation of e-Proof for ORO", "Implementation of Consented Data Exchange Gateway (CDEG) for ORO" and "Upgrade of IT Infrastructure and Strengthening of IT Security Infrastructure" Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ORO; Mainly deployed to perform the following duties: - To provide support on the project "System Implementation and Deployment of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) for Official Receiver's Office (ORO)", "Implementation of e-Proof for ORO", "Implementation of Consented Data Exchange Gateway (CDEG) for ORO" and "Upgrade of IT Infrastructure and Strengthening of IT Security Infrastructure"; - To provide implementation support and technical advice on the system administration and configuration on network equipment including routers, network switches, firewall systems, EDR system, VPN system and cabling systems; - To assist in project management activities including project control and monitoring, and review of project progress and deliverables; - To manage the implementation process and user acceptance tests, coordinating with stakeholders including contractors, DPO, ORO users and ITMU to ensure timely and successful deployment of IT projects; and - To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Higher Diploma, University Degree or equivalent; - At least six years of post-qualification IT experience including at least four years of experience in managing and developing IT applications; - Have solid hands-on experience with network maintenance and support, and operation of network equipment; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and - Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (essentially Cantonese) and English. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . 2 years' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
