| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
To provide technical support to Content Owners in using the Web Content Management System (WCMS-2) of Education Bureau
To manage user accounts and update access rights in the WCMS-2
To follow up with Content Owners concerning the WCMS-2 reports on broken links and orphan pages on a regular basis
To assist in conducting UAT for system enhancements to the WCMS-2 from time to time
To answer user queries related to WCMS-2
To provide technical support in the publishing of open data in the PSI Portal
To provide technical support in the publishing of spatial data in the CSDI Portal

| Requirements |
1. Solid experience in using Web Content Management System (WCMS-2);
2. Good communication skills and enquiry call handling techniques;
3. Possession of good interpersonal skills and capable of working independently and under pressure;
4. Solid experience in coordinating with user and contractor for User Acceptance Test; and
5. Priority would be given to candidates who possesses knowledge with web accessibility (WCAG 2.0).
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
. At least 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM);
. At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 6 months' experience in Multimedia (MUL);
. At least 6 months' experience in Adobe Illustrator (ADI);
. At least 6 months' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH);
. At least 6 months' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 5 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
