Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD; The job duties requirements of the service are as follows:- a) To be responsible for the new District Court at new Caroline Hill Road and NAH in KTDA network implementation project including network planning, design and implementation; b) To provide round the clock first-line and/or second-line technical support for network infrastructure whenever there is problem in network related incident; c) To prepare the requirement specifications for networking hardware and software, network implementation services, cabling services and maintenance renewal; d) To participate in tender evaluation of networking hardware and software, network implementation services, cabling services and maintenance renewal; e) To co-ordinate and collaborate with contractors for operating the Security Operation Centre; f) To handle security alerts / threats and vulnerability and report security incidents on departmental network and Internet-facing network as appropriate; g) To participate in IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) exercises related to departmental network and Internet-facing network; and h) To carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements a) Solid knowledge and good technical skill for server load balancers, equipment of Cisco, H3C, Fortigate and Solarwinds; b) Hand-on experience in Cisco router and switches configuration and technical support; c) Experience in security incident handling and reporting; d) Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese and English; e) Overtime and on-call work is required when necessary; f) Working at the remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required; and g) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 3 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 3 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 3 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH); . At least 3 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . At least 3 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN); . At least 3 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP); . 1 year's experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); . At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
