(T26) The proposed staff shall be responsible for the system operations, maintenance and support for the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) as well as the system implementation of new initiatives such as technology refresh of iCRMS peripherals, new Headquarter relocation project and Smart Prison integration projects of CSD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD;
The proposed staff shall take a role of system lead to perform on-going production support and system implementation of new projects.
Job duties include but not limited to:
(a) Act as team lead to assist project manager to manage project tasks, team resources and technical issues;
(b) Coordinate with different stakeholders including end users, business representatives and contractors to resolve production issues and implement new systems;
(c) Conduct technology research on the emerging IT solutions to improve system management efficiency;
(d) Participate in IT procurement activities like product evaluation and technical specifications preparation;
(e) Responsible for the implementation of centralized endpoint management tool and ongoing system security patch management for iCRMS peripherals located in different Correctional Institutions;
(f) Responsible for the implementation of information security solutions for endpoint devices to cater the latest information security policy from DPO;
(g) Carry out on-site testing, peripherals deployment, system rollout and maintenance support activities at Correctional Institutions in different regions;
(h) Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required;
(i) May need to work outside normal office hours to provide on-call production support and maintenance services;
(j) Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) The proposed staff must have solid working experience in:
(a) Production support and maintenance of critical systems in Government;
(b) System administration on Windows and Linux platform running on virtualized system infrastructure;
(c) System security patch management in enterprise Infrastructure environment;
(d) System implementation on Government Cloud and system integration with the shared IT services provided by DPO;
(e) Vendor management and project management in enterprise company and Government;
(2) Excellent documentation, analytical and problem troubleshooting skill;
(3) Good command in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese;
(4) Disciplined, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure, quick learner and good team player;
(5) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI);
. At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 2 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 12 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
