(T26) To provide technical support for the iCRMS and IT infrastructure, including the on-site installation and support services at a number of institutions of the Correctional Services Department in Sheung Shui and Tai Lam region, or other locations as required.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD;
The proposed staff shall be responsible for providing technical support for the application systems and IT infrastructure that includes, but not limited to, the followings:
a) Assist in the application support services and problem investigation;
b) Provide on-site installation and support services for the iCRMS related hardware/software systems (e.g. PC, mobile devices, self-service kiosk computer, RFID application systems, etc.) and iCRMS applications at correctional institutions;
c) Solicit site preparation requirements for application systems; coordinate with business users on the implementation details; monitor the installation progress and participate in equipment and system acceptance; ensure proper record and documentations are maintained;
d) Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) The proposed staff will be required to work in a number of institutions of the Correctional Services Department in Sheung Shui and Tai Lam Region, or other locations as required.
(2) The proposed staff must have working experience in providing on-site support services on system applications.
(3) Good communication skills.
(4) Good command of Chinese and English.
(5) Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learning and good team player.
(6) Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required.
(7) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
