(T26) Implementation of Marine Situational Awareness System (MARSAS), Secure Automatic Identification System (S-AIS) and Live Video Monitoring System (LVMS)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
1. System Analysis and design with the Marine Police Systems
2. Project coordination with the Contractors for MARSAS, S-AIS and LVMS
3. Preparation IT related police for the projects, working with ITB for system interfaces, preparation of security risk assessment and audit.
4. Conduct test and commissioning of the projects.
5. Support T&E CSA to achieve his/her tasks.

| Requirements |
1. Working experience for HK Government shall not less than 7 years
2. Working experience in Maritime VTS or similar system not less than 4 years
3. Experience in data storage, network and data security are essential
Security vetting is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Broadband Network (BNE);
. At least 6 months' experience in Chinese Computing Standards, eg.HKSCS,Big5,Unicode (CCS);
. At least 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 6 months' experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE);
. At least 6 months' experience in Network Design (NDN);
. At least 6 months' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 7 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON);
. At least 6 months' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 6 months' experience in managing international security standards (ISD);
. At least 6 months' experience in IT audit (ITA).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
