Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; Carry out system development activities of system development lifecycle to collect user requirements, analyse system functions, develop and maintain computer programs, conduct testing and data conversion, provide end-user support/training and perform system documentation; Provide on-going support to IT systems and implement system enhancements upon user requests; Co-ordinate users and stakeholders of projects and/or systems assigned; Assist in reviewing and accepting outsourcing contractors' deliverables, if needed; Perform in-house system development work assigned; Provide on-call support for urgent production system incidents during non-office hours; and Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 1.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Have a Higher Diploma / accredited associate degree / Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline; Have hands-on experience in application development, such as Spring MVC, Java Programming, J2EE development, JavaScript and jQuery is preferred; Experience in MySQL is an advantage; Knowledge on JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS and Next.js is an advantage; Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken); Good communication skills; and Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB); . 1 year's experience in UNIX (UNX) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 1 year's post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
